Part of the DreamPlace Group of hotels, the 4 star Noelia Sur Hotel is located a few hundred metres from the Playa de Troya beach, a 5 minutes walk from the commercial centre of the resort and only 1.5 km from the nearest golf course. Built in 1986 and refurbished during 1996, the hotel features a total of 416 rooms, including 12 Superior double rooms, built over 4 floors.

All rooms at the Noelia Sur are air conditioned and come equipped with en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV with music channels, safe box (at an additional fee), mini bar and balcony or terrace, most of them with exterior views. Superior rooms at the Hotel Noelia Sur come also equipped with a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Additionally, 10 guest rooms have been adapted for disabled guests, including wheel-in showers, commode shower chairs and hoists.

Hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception, lifts, luggage and courtesy rooms, beauty centre, retails shopping and mini market, library, excursion program, car rental, buffet restaurant with daily thematic buffets and show cooking, games room, public Internet terminals, laundry and medical services.

For those going on business travel or meeting the hotel offers the use of a large air conditioned conference room, seating up to 240 people, and equipped with a wide selection of modern facilities, including visual tools and Internet connection. For open air meetings or cocktails the Dream Noelia Sur also offers their top floor terrace or the main terrace.

The hotel is set amidst a large outdoor swimming pools for adults with children's section and furnished sun terraces and gardens. Additionally, guest can also enjoy 2 further rooftop pools with panoramic views, along with a children's mini-club, a gymnasium with sauna, and both pool and table tennis tables.

A daytime entertainment programme is run by their own animation team as well as evening entertainment in the Banana Discotheque for both adults and children.
