Part of the Spring Hoteles group, the 4 star Hotel Arona Gran is located in the seaside front line in Los Cristianos, at only 500 metres from the resort centre, facing the island of La Gomera and with views of the bay and the old fishing port. Built in 1990 and refurbished in 2006, the hotel offers 379 double rooms plus 12 Junior Suites.

Each room is air conditoned and comes equipped with complete en-suite bathroom with shower, mini bar, safe, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone and private balcony, most of which have views over the pool or the garden area of the hotel. Some of the rooms have been specially adapted for the disabled.

Hotel facilities include a 24 reception with lugge rooms for late departures, games room, public Internet terminals, WiFi access, laundry and medical services and lounge and pool bars. Breakfast and dinner, with buffet service and show cooking, are served in the Las Vistas restaurant while La Palapa Grill restaurant, facing the beach, offers lunch a la Carte.

Arona Gran Hotel guests have three swimming pools face the sea at their disposal, all of them heated during the winter and surrounded by subtropical plants and complimentary parasols and sun-beds. Pool towels are also offered free of charge.

Other facilities available include a Piano Bar, Tea Room and Disco, gym with 2 squash courts, table tennis, sauna and billiards, hairdresser’s, beauty salon and Golf Shop.

Golf lovers will be happy to know that the hotel has its own Indoor Driving Range and Putting Green. Tee times at the different Tenerife golf courses can be arranged at the reception with special discounts in some of them.
