Opened in 2005, the brand new Callao Mar Apartments are situated around 500 metres uphill (as most of the places in Callao Salvaje) from the beach and less than 10 min to the nearby golf courses. The complex is made of one building with features features a total of 15 one bedroom apartments distributed over 2 floors.

All the apartments at the Callao Mar are approx. 58 m2 and come equipped with en suite bathroom with bathtub, a modern open kitchenette with cooker with two hobs, fridge-freezer, micro-grill, toaster as well as balcony or terrace with a table and 2 chairs, all of them facing the pool area.. The living-room has a sofa, side-table and 2 tables satellite TV. Bedrooms come equipped with 2 single beds, mirror, bench and a large wardrobe . The apartments fit up to 2 people and 1 child (up to 3 years, in a cot). Cleaning service 4 times a week.

Hotel facilities include a large swimming pool with furnished sundeck area and children area, pool and tennis tables, self-service machines, private parking and bicycle storage, security cameras, Internet service in the ground floor and safe box rental. A reception area with luggage rooms for late departures is also available, but they have limited phone support times.

Additionally, you will find several supermarkets in the area and various bars and restaurants.
